A successful evaluation of the processes for transition and tightly integrated transition methodology is critical for the success of outsourcing. The life cycle of outsourcing is defined and implemented by “VALUE” methodology. The methodology consists of five major phases of outsourcing. Our process is designed so as to achieve assured maximum benefit in a planned manner.

About “VALUE” Methodology

The five phase approach takes the transition / project execution relationship through Valuate, Acquire Knowledge, Launch, Upkeep, Enhance to deliver consistent value by reducing cost and /or increasing the benefits.

Valuate:

Understanding Clients Business is of utmost importance to successful outsourcing. Our industry focus and experience helps us quickly attain requisite understanding of Clients Business and thus challenges faced by our customer.

Feasibility Analysis helps to identify and evaluate the Value Processes for outsourcing so that customer can get competitive benefit. The outcome of the task is to have a report on feasibility and probable benefits / issues for the recommended processes for outsourcing.

Acquire Knowledge:

Knowledge Acquisition Planning involves a detailed plan for understanding and documenting the knowledge of the outsourced processes. A set of specialist will help steer this process in conjunction with the client team to plan the knowledge transfer.

Launch:
