With interest rates increase and the credit squeeze many of the shoppers are not going to high street Retail Shops. Or even if they go to the retail shops is to get a feel of the product so that a bargain can be found on Online. Online Retailing is relay catching up since it the product comparison in terms of features and price is just a few clicks away. This presents a very good scenario for the Online Retailers but one of the most important factors is How to Provide “Customer Satisfaction” to the online customers. As per the survey Online Holiday Shoppers’s satisfaction has sunk. Over the years online retailers have been adding many functions so that overall experience of the buyers is satisfactory but customer demands and expectations from the online retailers are increasing. I will be eagerly waiting for the next years data to check the improvement of online retailers customer satisfaction.
